Відбулася прес-конференція, присвячена реалізації проекту «Розвиток та просування спільної спадщини», BSB1010 в рамках спільної операційної програми ЕМS «Басейн Чорного моря 2014—2020».
У заході, що відбувся 12 березня в м. Болград, взяли участь делегація з м. Генерал Тошево (Р. Болгарія) на чолі з мером Валентином Дімітровим; делегація з м. Мурфатлар (Р. Румунія) на чолі з координатором проекту Міхаелою Клинка, а також учасники проекту з м. Болград на чолі з міським головою Сергієм Димитрієвим і координатором проекту Юлією Дімітровою; представники громадських організацій, національно-культурних центрів, ЗМІ.
Офіційна частина заходу стала своєрідним звітом про роботу, яку встигли зробити учасники проекту. Так, муніціпалітет Генерал Тошево планує провести ремонт Будинку культури «Дора-Габе-1940» в селі Дибовик і відновити музейні експозиції, присвячені відомій болгарській поетесі. Румунська сторона планує реконструювати і модернізувати Будинок культури в м. Мурфатлар. В Болграді – це відновлення дому першого очільника міста Сергія Малевінського в парку Пушкіна.
Юлія Дімітрова познайомила присутніх не тільки з проектом, але і з міцною співпрацею трьох громад з різних держав. Бо це вже другий проект, який вони реалізують спільно. І, як виразив надію Валентин Дімітров з Болгарії – не останній.
Поки що безпосередньо до реконструкції приступили тільки в Болграді. В Румунії і Болгарії ще триває підготовка документів. За словами Юлії Дімітрової, Болград випередив своїх колег по проекту тому, що заздалегідь місто підготувало проектно-кошторисну документацію. Але все ж таки зі строками вони спізнюються.
Сергій Димитрієв повідомив, що дуже довго проходил процес узгодження дозвільних документів на початок будівництва. Тільки після втручання голови Одеської обласної державної адміністрації вдалося їх отримати. Але і координатор проекту Юлія Дімітрова, і Сергій Димитрієв висловили надію, що до 200-річчя міста – 25 серпня — більша частина робіт буде завершена. Загалом, будівництво планується завершити в листопаді 2021 року.
Делегації виїхали в парк Пушкіна, де ознайомилися з ходом реставраційних робіт. Вже розчищена територія будинку і навколо нього, підведений водогін, облаштовується каналізаційна система.
Також гості відвідали нещодавно відкритий туристично-інформаційний центр, який також в рамках проекту забезпечений необхідним обладнанням. Після завершення реконструкції дому Малевінського, де буде відкритий музей, там також буде закуплене необхідне обладнання.
Нагадаємо, загальна вартість проекту «Розвиток та просування спільної спадщини», BSB1010 в рамках спільної операційної програми ЕМS «Басейн Чорного моря 2014—2020» складає 1147 440,10 євро, ця сума буде розділена між трьома країнами. Обсяг фінансування з боку Європейського Союзу становить 1055 644,89 євро. Загальний бюджет м. Болград становить 344 025.26 євро.
IN BOLGRAD, REPRESENTATIVES OF THREE COUNTRIES SHARED SUCCESSES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT
On the 12th of March, a press conference devoted to the implementation of the “Development and Promotion of Common Heritage” Project, BSB1010 within the framework of the joint operational program EMC “Black Sea Basin 2014—2020”, was held in Bolgrad.
The following persons took part in the event, namely delegation from General Toshevo (Republic of Bulgaria) headed by Valentin Dimitrov, the Mayor; delegation from Murfatlar (Republic of Romania) headed by Mihaela Clincu, the Project Coordinator, as well as the project members from Bolgrad headed by Serhii Dymytriiev, the City Mayor, and Yuliia Dimitrova, the Project Coordinator; representatives of public organizations, national and cultural centers, mass media.
An official part of the event has become a kind of report on the work done by the Project participants. Thus, the General Toshevo Municipality is planning to renovate the House of Culture “Dora-Gabe-1940” in the village of Dabovik and restore museum exhibits dedicated to the famous Bulgarian poetess. The Romanian part is planning to reconstruct and modernize the House of Culture in Murfatlar. In Bolgrad, it is the restoration of the house of the First City Mayor Serhiy Malevinsky in Pushkin Park.
Yuliia Dimitrova acquainted those present not only with the project, but also with the strong cooperation of three communities from different countries, as this is already the second project they are implementing together, and, as Valentin Dimitrov from Bulgaria hopes, not the last.
Heretofore, reconstruction has begun only in Bolgrad. Documents are still being prepared in Romania and Bulgaria. According to Yuliia Dimitrova, Bolgrad was ahead of its project colleagues because the city had prepared design and estimate documentation in advance. But still they are late with deadlines.
Serhii Dymytriiev informed that the process of approving permits for the start of construction had been going on for a very long time. Only after the intervention of the Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration it was possible to receive them. Nevertheless, both the Project Coordinator Yuliia Dimitrova and Serhii Dymytriiev expressed hope that by the 200th anniversary of the town, namely the 25th of August, most of the work would be completed. In general, construction is scheduled to be completed in November 2021.
The delegations went to Pushkin Park where they inspected the restoration works. The territory of the house and the adjacent territory has already been cleaned, a water supply system has been installed, and a sewerage system is being installed.
The guests also visited the recently opened Tourist Information Center, which is also provided with the necessary equipment within the project. After the reconstruction of Malevinsky House, where the museum is to be opened, the necessary equipment will also be purchased there.
It should be noted that the total cost of the “Development and Promotion of Common Heritage” Project, BSB1010 within the framework of the joint operational program EMC “Black Sea Basin 2014—2020” amounts to EUR 1,147,440.10, this amount will be divided between the three countries. The amount of funding from the European Union is EUR 1,055,644.89. The total budget of Bolgrad is EUR 344,025.26.
