В городе Кагул (Республика Молдова) 19-20 июля в рамках международного проекта BSB1010 «Развитие и продвижение общего наследия» операционной программы EMS «Бассейн Черного моря 2014—2020» состоялся бизнес-форум «Культурно-историческое наследие» достопримечательности Болградской общины».
Участниками мероприятия стали предприниматели, туристические операторы, журналисты, муниципальные советники, представители органов местного самоуправления и общественных организаций трех стран-партнеров – Болгарии, Румынии, Украины и гости из Молдовы – представители муниципалитета г. Кагул и представители Тараклейского районного совета.
Информационным партнером проекта в Болградской общине выступила районная газета «Дружба» и интернет-издание «Махала» .
Несмотря на то, что бизнес-форум через военное положение в Украине проходил в соседнем государстве и команде проекта пришлось бороться с вызовами в его организации, все прошло на высшем уровне.
“С 2011 года мы вместе с вами работаем над реализацией международных проектов. Пройдено много этапов и проделана масштабная работа, несмотря на проблемы и вызовы. Главная цель – ускорение регионального трансграничного развития – достигнута”, – подчеркнула в своей речи секретарь Болградского городского совета Вера Николаенко.
По плану бизнес-форума представители украинской стороны в первый день рассказали о Болградской общине и продемонстрировали видеофильм «Историческое, культурное и природное наследие Болградской общины, который был снят в рамках проекта. Мероприятие продолжилось презентацией основных культурных объектов, исторических и природных памятников на территории Болградской общины.
Следующим шагом презентации Болградской общины было выступление артистов КЗ «Центр культуры и досуга Болградского городского совета», а также хореографическими номерами от образцового ансамбля танца «Вдохновение» (руководитель Виктория Алавацкая).
Невероятное и трогательное выступление артистов и танцоров Болградской общины внесло яркое настроение и передало дух украинского народа, который сейчас борется за свою независимость.
“Если бы у нас была такая возможность, мы бы инициировали учреждение приза «Вместе с командой» и вручили бы его каждому члену нашей делегации, потому что это была слаженная команда, которая делала одно общее дело, каждый знал, за что он отвечает, и помогал другим. Не было отдельных интересов, была общая задача, которую удалось решить. Это дорогого стоит”, – подчеркнула координатор проекта в Болграде Юлия Димитрова.
Яркую и вкусную точку в завершении первого дня форума поставили представители туристических локаций, которые показали богатство и колорит Бессарабии.
Культурный и духовный фронт Болградской общины представили Одесский областной центр болгарской культуры в Болграде и Одесский областной центр гагаузской культуры в с. Виноградовка.
Гастрономический фронт Болградской общины достойно представили такие туристические локации: медовый центр (семья Баурда), «Балканская ястия» (семья Русевых), «Щедрая окраина» (предпринимательница Галина Курдова), «Бумеранг» (предприниматель Ольга Рабаджилок) и представители тур Къща” Криничненской общины – Татьяна и Кирилл Дуковы и их дочь Иванна Демирова. Они представили участникам бизнес-форума старинный рецепт хлеба, вошедший в феврале 2023 года в национальный перечень элементов нематериального культурного наследия Украины: «Традиция приготовления и потребления обрядовых хлебов ко Дню Святого Георгия села Криничное».
“Мы достойно представили Украину и Бессарабию и еще раз доказали, что мы сильны и несокрушимы”, – говорит Юлия Димитрова.
По программе модератор бизнес-форума, Валерий Димитров, на протяжении всего мероприятия провел для участников бизнес-форума лекции: «Презентация возможностей развития туризма в муниципалитете Болград.», «Роль туризма в послевоенном восстановлении Украины», а также деловую игру: «Создание и дело туристического продукта».
В работе форума особое место занимали деловые встречи, в ходе которых был сформирован общий Консультативный совет предпринимателей трех регионов. Подписан протокол о дальнейшем трансграничном сотрудничестве.
Также была проведена деловая встреча на которой была сформирована совместная инициативная группа специалистов-экологов муниципальных администраций и представителей экологических неправительственных организаций Украины, Болгарии, Румынии и Молдовы и был подписан протокол о дальнейшем сотрудничестве.
“Главной целью бизнес – форума было ничто иное как создание трансграничного сотрудничества. И мы увидели, как на всех этапах мероприятия завязываются связи между тремя странами, Украиной, Болгарией и Румынией. Радуемся, что в рамках форума был подписан договор на дальнейшие действия и развитие туристических локаций во всех странах – партнеров”, – подчеркнула Юлия Димитрова.
Проведение мероприятия состоялось, несмотря на преграды. Украинская сторона выполняет условия международного проекта, заручилась поддержкой партнеров-участников и настроена на дальнейшее сотрудничество.

The Ukrainian Party Held a Business Forum “Cultural and Historical Heritage and Sights of the Bolgrad Community” as Part of an International Project
A business forum “Cultural and Historical Heritage and Sights of the Bolgrad community” was held in the city of Cahul (Republic of Moldova) on July 19-20, within the framework of the international project BSB1010 “Development and Promotion of Common Heritage” of the EMS Operational Program “Black Sea Basin 2014—2020”.
The participants of the event were entrepreneurs, tourist operators, journalists, municipal councilors, representatives of local self-government authorities and public organizations of three partner countries, namely Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine, as well as guests from Moldova, namely the representatives of the municipality of Cahul and representatives of the Taraklia District Council.
The local newspaper “Druzhba” and the Online-media “Mahala” acted as an information partner of the project in the Bolgrad community.
Despite the fact that the business forum was held in a neighboring country due to the state of war in Ukraine and the project team had to deal with challenges in its organization, everything went at the highest level.
“Since 2011, we have been working with you on the implementation of international projects. Many stages have been passed and large-scale work has been done, despite problems and challenges. The main goal, i.e. acceleration of regional cross-border development, has been achieved”, – emphasized in her speech Vera Nikolayenko, the secretary of the Bolgrad City Council.
According to the plan of the business forum, representatives of the Ukrainian party on the first day talked about the Bolgrad community and showed the video film “Historical, Cultural and Natural Heritage of the Bolgrad Community”, which was filmed as part of the project. The event continued with a presentation of the main cultural objects, historical and natural monuments on the territory of the Bolgrad community.
The next step of the presentation of the Bolgrad community was a performance by the artists of the Culture and Leisure Center of the Bolgrad City Council, as well as choreographic numbers from the exemplary dance ensemble “Natkhnennya” (Viktoria Alavatska, the Head).
The incredible and touching performance of the artists and dancers of the Bolgrad community brought a bright mood and conveyed the spirit of the Ukrainian people, who are now fighting for their independence.
“If we had such an opportunity, we would initiate the establishment of the “Together with the Team” prize and give it to each member of our delegation, because it was a well-coordinated team that did one common thing, everyone knew what they were responsible for, and helped others. There were no separate interests, there was a joint task that managed to be solved. It costs a lot,” Yuliya Dimitrova, the coordinator of the project in Bolgrad, emphasized.
A bright point at the end of the first day of the forum was put by the representatives of tourist locations, who showed the wealth and color of Bessarabia.
The cultural and spiritual front of the Bolgrad community was presented by the Odesa Regional Center of Bulgarian Culture in the city of Bolgrad and the Odesa Regional Center of Gagauz Culture in the village of Vynogradivka.
The gastronomic front of the Bolgrad community was well represented by the following tourist locations, namely honey center (Baurda family), “Balkansky Yastiya” (Rusev family), “Schedra Okolitsia” (entrepreneur Gayna Kurdova), “Boomerang” (entrepreneur Olga Rabadzhi) and representatives of the tourist location “Hlebna Kushta” of the Krynychne community Tetiana and Kyril Dukovs and their daughter Ivanna Demirova. They presented the participants of the business forum with an ancient recipe for bread, which in February 2023 was included in the national list of elements of the intangible cultural heritage of Ukraine “Tradition of preparation and consumption of ceremonial bread for St. George’s Day of the village of Krynychne”.
“We represented Ukraine and Bessarabia with dignity and once again proved that we are strong and indomitable,” says Yulia Dimitrova.
According to the program, the moderator of the business forum, Valeriy Dimitrov, during the entire event held lectures for the participants of the business forum: “Presentation of the possibilities of tourism development in Bolgrad municipality”, “The role of tourism in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine”, as well as a business game: “Creation and advertising of a tourist product”.
A special place in the work of the forum was occupied by business meetings, during which a joint Advisory Council of entrepreneurs of the three regions was formed. A protocol on further cross-border cooperation was signed.
There was also a business meeting, at which a joint initiative group of ecologists from municipal administrations and representatives of environmental non-governmental organizations of Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova was formed and a protocol on further cooperation was signed.
“The main goal of the business forum was none other than the creation of cross-border cooperation. And we saw how, during all stages of the event, connection was established between the three countries, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania. We are glad that an agreement on further actions and development of tourist locations in all partner countries was signed within the framework of the forum”, Yuliya Dimitrova emphasized.
The event was held despite the obstacles. The Ukrainian party fulfills the conditions of the international project, it has secured the support of participating partners and is determined to further cooperation.
